How much will my custom fixture cost?
It depends on size, material, crystal or glass grade, element count and finish — which is why we quote per project rather than publishing a price list. Send us the size you need, a reference image and the quantity, and you will get an itemised quotation within one working day. The quote breaks out material, finish, light source, packing and lead time, and nothing is added to it later without your written agreement.
What is your minimum order quantity?
One piece. For a genuinely custom fixture there is no sensible reason to force a container minimum on you — a single piece for a villa is a normal order for us. For OEM and wholesale programmes the MOQ depends on the component and finish, and we will state it clearly in the quotation.
What is your lead time?
A single prototype takes 15–20 days from the approved drawing. Production after your written approval is 60–80 days depending on size, material and quantity, plus shipping. If you have a hard handover date, tell us at the enquiry stage — we would rather decline a date we cannot hit than promise one we cannot keep.
Do you make a prototype or sample first?
Yes, on custom work this is standard. We build a sample or a representative section, photograph and video it under light, and send it to you for written approval. Nothing goes into mass production until you sign off. On large or complex pieces we may also send a physical finish sample by courier. Allow 15–20 days for a single sample.
How long does a sample take, and will it be rushed?
15–20 days for a single sample, counted from the drawing you approve. A sample is a hand-made one-off, not a production-line item: it takes a skilled pair of hands for most of a working day, and we run samples for more than one customer at a time. So the honest date depends on how much workshop time your piece needs. If you send several samples together, or the piece involves hand-blown glass, custom plating or an unusual frame, we will quote a longer date at the start rather than promise a week and hand you something you cannot approve. If you have a fixed deadline, say so at enquiry stage and we will tell you plainly whether we can meet it — we would rather decline a date than miss one. What we will not do is shorten the sample to hit a number and leave you to discover the problems at production stage.
What should I send with my enquiry?
The more you send, the closer the first sample will be. Most useful: overall dimensions and ceiling height; a photo, render or sketch of the target look; material and finish preference or a RAL / Pantone code; quantity, target market and required delivery date; the certification your customs or client needs; and the voltage and dimming requirement for the destination country. No drawing is fine too — a photo and a measurement is enough to start.
What are your payment terms?
For new customers: 50% deposit by T/T confirms the order and books the production slot, with the 50% balance settled before shipment — we send pre-shipment inspection photos and video before you pay it. We do not take card payments for production orders. For long-term accounts we can discuss other terms, and for large value orders an L/C is acceptable.
Do you handle certification?
We handle it honestly, which means being precise about who is responsible for what. Our electrical components — drivers and LED modules — are sourced from suppliers who hold CE, UL or ENEC approvals, and their certificates are kept on file. For the finished fixture, CE self-declaration for the EU can be arranged alongside the order, and test reports for Saudi SABER or other markets are prepared at cost. Some schemes legally require the importer to be the applicant rather than the manufacturer — Saudi SABER is one of them — and we will tell you plainly when that applies so nobody is caught at customs. We will not supply a certificate we have not earned, and we will not lend you someone else’s.
Do you ship worldwide, and who arranges it?
We ship worldwide. You can use your own forwarder, or we will quote FOB, CIF or DDP with ours — whichever you prefer. Large fixtures are crate-packed to export standard and split into modules where transport requires it. Every shipment goes out with a packing list, commercial invoice and certificate of origin.
Do you supply installation drawings?
Yes. Every large fixture ships with a rigging and wiring drawing, a component and joint numbering sheet, and the load per fixing point so your structural engineer can approve it. For larger pieces we include a 1:1 installation drawing. Installation itself is carried out by your own contractor with our remote guidance, or we can recommend a local team in your region.
What warranty do you offer?
Standard warranty is 12 months on the fixture and its electrical components. Breakage in transit is replaced free of charge provided the damage is noted at delivery and photographed. Wear parts such as bulbs are excluded. For project orders we will agree a longer warranty period in writing if your contract requires it.
Do you work with designers, contractors and distributors?
Those are our main customers. For designers and specifiers we provide material samples, finishes, technical submittals and shop drawings, and we are comfortable working to a specification rather than from a catalogue. For distributors we run private-label and OEM programmes with your branding on the product and packaging. See the For Trade Buyers page for the specifics.
Can you protect my design and keep the project confidential?
Yes. We are happy to sign your NDA before receiving drawings, and we do not resell or display a customer’s design without written permission. If a piece you commissioned is shown anywhere on this site, it is shown because we were given permission.
Can you copy a fixture I have seen elsewhere?
Send us the photo. We will tell you honestly whether it can be reproduced, what it would cost, and where the original design rights may sit. We do not counterfeit branded product or pass someone else’s design off as original — that is a line that ends badly for importers, not just for us.
