We would rather explain exactly what we hold and what we do not, than print a wall of logos. Certification in this industry is often misrepresented — and the buyer carries the consequence at customs.
| Check | Coverage | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| IQC | Every incoming batch | LED modules, drivers, cable, hardware and glass verified on receipt |
| Electrical safety | Every unit | Polarity, earth continuity, insulation — tagged per unit |
| Burn-in test | Every unit | Catches driver and connection faults that only appear under heat |
| Finish inspection | Every order | Compared against the retained finish sample for that order |
| Trial assembly | Every multi-part fixture | Built, wired, balanced and hung in the workshop before packing |
| Packing check | Every crate | Photographed before sealing; packing list reconciled |
This is the part of the industry most often mis-described. There is no single global certificate, and in several markets the legal applicant is the importer — not the factory.
| Market | What is required | Who applies | What we provide |
|---|---|---|---|
| European Union | CE marking, LVD & EMC, RoHS, EU DoC | Manufacturer / brand owner placing goods on the market | LVD & EMC test reports, RoHS report, technical file and signed Declaration of Conformity on request |
| Saudi Arabia | SABER registration (PC + SC) | The importer — legally the applicant | Valid test reports from an accredited laboratory and complete product documentation so your importer can register |
| United States | UL or ETL for many commercial installations; FCC for radio modules | Applicant may be manufacturer or importer depending on the scheme | Certified drivers and modules with supplier certificates on file; project-level support to your nominated lab |
| Middle East (other) | Varies by country; often importer-led | Usually the importer | Test reports and documentation package |
| Southeast Asia / Africa | Varies; frequently no mandatory scheme for decorative lighting | Manufacturer | LVD / EMC test reports where available |
Custom decorative lighting is made in small quantities, often a single piece. Certifying every finished fixture individually is neither practical nor how the industry works.
This is why the honest answer to “do you have a certificate for this fixture?” is usually a description rather than a yes. Ask us for that description in writing and we will put it in the quotation.

Send dimensions, a drawing or a reference photo. You get a straight answer — including “this will not work” if that is the truth — within one working day.
